Universal Suffrage and the Right to Vote
•In 1900 only one country allowed women to vote
•1950 = 69
•1975 = 129
Both allowed to vote- both white and black
Despite the right to vote their were still differences in education and pay
“…while women represent fifty percent of the world’s population, they perform nearly two-thirds of all working hours, receive only one-tenth of the world’s income and own less than one percent of the world’s property”

Question: Is there any countries left where women aren't allowed to vote?
Summary: Universal Suffrage was everyone's right to vote (white women and men) and in 1900 only New Zealand allowed white women to vote. In 1950, 69 countries and in 1975, 129 countries allowed women to vote. Even with the right to vote there was still massive differences in education and pay from men.
